PaperGod is an AI-driven academic writing assistance tool that provides:
- AI-powered writing suggestions and revisions for academic papers
- Grammar, style, and clarity improvements
- Academic formatting and structure guidance
- Citation and reference assistance
- Multi-language academic writing support
PaperGod is designed to assist with academic writing, not to replace the intellectual work of the researcher or student. Our AI tools are intended to enhance your writing process, not to generate original academic work on your behalf.
To use PaperGod, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid email address
- A password (or sign in via Google or GitHub)
- Accurate profile information
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately at support@papergod.com if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or security compromise.
By using PaperGod, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI assistance is not authorship: Content generated or suggested by our AI tools should be reviewed, verified, and appropriately attributed by you
- You are responsible for your work: The final academic work you submit to any institution is your responsibility. PaperGod is a tool to aid your writing process, not a substitute for your own research and analysis
- Institutional compliance: You must comply with your academic institution's policies on AI-assisted writing. Many institutions require disclosure of AI tool usage
- No plagiarism: You must not use PaperGod to misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely your own original work where such disclosure is required
You agree to use PaperGod responsibly and ethically. AI-assisted writing tools should complement, not replace, genuine academic effort and learning.
PaperGod offers the following pricing options:
- Free tier: Limited access to basic features
- Pro subscription: Monthly or yearly subscription with full feature access
- Lifetime access: One-time payment for permanent access to Pro features
- Credit packages: Pay-per-use credits for specific AI features
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Creem, or Alipay
- Subscription charges are recurring and will auto-renew unless cancelled
- All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout
- Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
- Lifetime access: Refund requests for lifetime purchases may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
- Credit packages: Unused credits are non-refundable but do not expire.

- You retain full ownership of all content you create, submit, or generate using PaperGod
- We do not claim ownership of your papers, research, or any content processed through our platform
- We do not use your content to train AI models
- The PaperGod platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PaperGod Team
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
AI suggestions are provided for reference only. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
- AI outputs should not be treated as professional academic advice
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI suggestions before use
- PaperGod does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI output
- AI-generated citations and references must be independently verified for accuracy
We strongly recommend that you always review AI suggestions critically and cross-reference with authoritative sources.
You agree not to:
- Use PaperGod for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
- Abuse, exploit, or circumvent API rate limits or usage quotas
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in an unauthorized manner
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute PaperGod's services without authorization
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the service to generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- PaperGod is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from service interruptions or AI model provider outages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- PaperGod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PaperGod in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any academic consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@papergod.com. Upon deletion:
- Your account data will be removed within 30 days
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no partial refunds)
- Unused credits will be forfeited
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
- Fail to pay for subscription services
- Use the service in a manner that could harm other users or our platform
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address (for significant changes)
Your continued use of PaperGod after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
